Anti-CCI™
How we do things differently. A deliberate rejection of Corporate, Clinical and Institutional approaches to support.
Not corporate. Not clinical. Not institutional.
Not corporate
We don't use jargon to confuse. We don't put profit over people. We don't build layers of bureaucracy between you and support. We're real people having real conversations.
Not clinical
We don't treat you as a diagnosis or a case file. We don't approach support as "fixing what's broken." We don't reduce you to symptoms and deficits. You're a whole person, not a problem to be solved.
Not institutional
We keep waitlists and red tape to a minimum. We don't force you into a one-size-fits-all mold. We don't put the system's convenience ahead of your needs. We move with speed and flexibility.
What we ARE
The words we choose.
Participants, not clients
You are not a client or a case. You are a person taking part, and you lead.
Support, not help
"Help" says someone is broken and someone else has the answers. "Support" means we walk beside you.
No clipboard
One open question instead of a long form: what do you want your supporter to know about you?
Not a stance against anyone.
Anti-CCI™ is not a stance against corporations, healthcare institutions, or the organizations that fund and support community-based work. It describes how we show up for the people we serve, not who we are willing to work with.
If your organization believes people deserve to be seen as whole human beings rather than a diagnosis, a case number, or a line item, you already share our standard. Get in touch if you would like to work together.
